We ARE your company's Studio, private labeled so your clients are served by YOU!

Copywriting
Client’s receive their scripts on documents with YOUR company's information, including letterhead designed with YOUR logo. Simply provide us with the information needed to customize a script (client's website address, completed fact sheet, etc.) OR an available option is to have our associates represent your company and provide a phone consultation with your client to gather the information. Once the script is ready for approval, we will email it directly to you to forward on to your client. They will have every opportunity to suggest script changes before the script goes to studio.

Studio Link
At script approval, your clients will be directed to a website where they can hear high quality samples of fully licensed background music and professional voice talent to choose from. The website will be customized exclusively for your company and serves as an outstanding tool for your client to choose the audio that best fits their needs, giving them full control of their program's sound. You can even add the web page as an “On Hold Studio” link to your website. Once they submit their choices via the online form, our studios will receive an email that allows us to place their audio project in production. It’s another innovative advantage of working with AudioMenu.


Digital Equipment
If your client does not already have a digital On Hold playback device, we will be happy to ship one directly to their location. You just pay our wholesale rate. Hooking it up is as simple as plug-n-play, and we will provide telephone support if necessary. All they need is an audio input jack on their existing phone system, as most phone systems already have. OR if they have a 2 or 4 Line business phone, we will be able to determine the appropriate custom adapter to get them On-Hold-Ready. All players come with a 3-year manufacturer warranty. And remember, if we ever speak to your clients, we never discuss pricing information, as that is agreed upon between you and your client. We are simply your company's tech support team.


Delivery
Depending on the playback equipment that your client is utilizing, we will accommodate most media requirements. If your client has an Mp3 playback unit, you can simply download the finished production from our website and forward the file to them.
